In our Agiled Preview we will take a look at the ton of features part of Agiled. It will take a while to get through it all!
Agiled has been in AppSumo for a while now, and while at the beginning reviews and comments noted how the software was a bit rough, over just a few months they’ve managed to add a ton of new features and fixes to every bug that was encountered.
So now Agiled seems in really great shape and as I kept an eye on it, I figured it was about time to get a thorough Preview in.
As usual in our Previews, we will check what the tool does, evaluate how it’s presented and documented, and then proceed to assess the deal. If everything works well, we then proceed with a Review afterwards, to try it out ourselves. So let’s get going with our Preview!
Everything in Agiled
Agiled wants to be the tool you use for everything in your business. And for anything you don’t use Agiled for, it wants to be able to integrate with it, so you can still have your reports in Agiled with everything that’s going on in there.
Agiled describes itself as an all-in-one, white-label business management platform for managing clients, financials, projects, employees.
You can see how that means Agiled offers a ton of features and integrations: We will go through each one of them to see how in-depth they are.
The philosophy here is that you should use Agiled for anything going from finance to project management, and then integrate with vertical tools if you need more.
Before we check out every feature Agiled offers, let’s look at how it presents itself.
They have a public roadmap which serves to show how quickly they’re shipping new features and also what’s next.
The documentation is also quite thorough and while it may not serve all use cases, their support is very quick to answer.
CRM
You can add your Leads and Clients in Agiled. There is no Sales Pipeline yet (it’s in their roadmap), however, you can:
- Send Proposals
- Send Contracts
Directly from Agiled to your prospects. Once they become clients, you can give them a login and they can enter the client portal, where they are able to chat, send tickets to request assistance, see the status of projects, pay invoices and accept further proposals and contracts.
So Agiled offers a full-featured Client Portal and you can decide just how much to share or let them see, it’s very customizable.
Finance
You can not only send invoices, but handle Employees payrolls, track expenses and create credit notes as well. You can add taxes to your invoices as well.
Ideally, Finance is quite complex so perhaps you wouldn’t want your accountant working in Agiled, but you can integrated Agiled with Freshbooks and soon Quickbooks and Xero, so that you can perform more complex operations there, but you have at a glance everything within Agiled as well, and you can use it to send Invoices, Recurring invoices as well to your clients.
Employees
Agiled has featured focused towards Employees as well:
- You can track attendance
- Keep track of holidays and leave requests
Employees can use an Employee portal where they can log time, update tasks, provide support and mark attendance, so an all-in-one stop for them to use.
As an admin you also have access to payrolls as we’ve said, this goes hand in hand with the attendance and time tracking that each person does.
Contracts
Agiled allow to sign contracts digitally and tracks ip, gets a signature and email, so they should count as legally binding contracts. They can be renewed, have various types and the client gets a copy, obviously.
Projects
Let’s move to the Project Management Side. Other than integrating with other Project Management Tools, you can add Projects with Gantt Charts, Tasks, sub-tasks, dependent tasks, Templates, Categories, Milestones and Burn Down Charts!
Not only that, you can share some, none or all of those with your Clients, each of those can be added to a certain client, you can decide to create invoices assigned to projects and even timesheets can be assigned to projects, so you can handle it from the task side as well as the administrative side.
While I was initially not sure whether the Project Management side of things was detailed enough, after reading all the features I’m very interested in trying it out myself. Sure, it’s integrated with other tools, but with so many features, I’d say most of the use cases could be all within Agiled.
Reports
Another important feature, since Agiled strives to have all the information regarding your company, you can have detailed reports regarding finance, time logs, attendance, tasks and all of that in one place.
Integrations and Considerations
Agiled has direct integration with most payment processor tools, storage drives such as Dropbox, Google Drive and S3, Accounting Software (Freshbooks, with Quickbooks and Xero coming soon), Time tracking tools, project management tools and then Zapier, Pabbly Connect, Integromat, Webhooks and APIs to allow most of anything else to integrate.
This means that we seem to be able to see in practice what Agiled aims to be: all the data should get to Agiled, either by using Agiled directly, or integrating, so that you have one dashboard.
The possibility is there, and I’m kind of eager to understand whether that can actually work in practice.
AppSumo Agiled Deal
Let’s see what kind of deal we are getting here. Before checking AppSumo, let’s consider Agiled pricing:
Regular pricing is a real surprise here. Normally, CRMs and similar software costs as much PER MEMBER, per month, so the pricing here is pretty good, regardless of any deal.
I just said Agiled pricing is amazing, right? Well, the AppSumo deal is even better. Even at one stack, you get ALL the features with only a limit on Members and Storage.
You have add-ons available for life to increase the limits, should you want to do that after the AppSumo deal, but no limits are placed on anything else. And you can use other Storage such as Dropbox, Google Drive or S3, so that limitation while generous (100GB is a lot of documents), it is also not as strict.
So, the Agiled AppSumo deal pricing is quite a star, and I am definitely impressed.
Agiled Preview Thoughts
Agiled aims extremely high and while that might seem too high, the features let me think it’s not unreachable. The presentation is great, the software has improved a lot in just a short time and has key integrations already in place.
Then we get to the pricing, and it’s just another push towards a review. We do like what we see here and we will definitely go for an Agiled Review.
There is one big consideration: Agiled is a new software, we do not know if it’s going to keep improving and find its place in the long term or if it will not work out in the end.
That’s not something we can know, and locking all a company’s data is never a bet you want to take.
That being said, each of Agiled modules can be Exported, so we can get all the data and it’s not locked in Agiled, and as we keep mission critical activities in other tools and sync with Agiled (mainly looking at Financials, with an Accounting tool), as long as we plan it properly, it should not be an issue, and it is great that Agiled offers import/export features, definitely one major plus.
This is not a consideration regarding Agiled per se, it’s more a consideration as a whole about proper planning the software we use in our companies.
Check our Agiled Review to see how we think it can work. Of course, such a software can only be glanced at with a Review. We will know more about Agiled after using it for a few months.
Post on the comments what you think about Agiled!

Cons
Than you! I love your pov on integrating the multiple stacks across our lives! This question could be for you… I am thinking about rebuilding my sales consultant services with Agiled for my backend – system management, client engagement … and http://www.unstack.com as frontend of my content sharing, site, services, and products. Could this be the ultimate combination using their api connections!? We would only need more at both ends – social media promotion at the top of the sales funnel and freshbooks for financial accounting. Right?
Interesting question! I am not too familiar with unstack, but I can see it has Zapier, so you can most likely integrate all the leads you get and record them with Agiled. All you’d need would be a social media integration to your frontend, as well as a software to handle mailing, if that is within your business needs. Agiled can handle clients and pipelines but not so much actual mailing.
