AppSumo Deals July 11th: What’s New and What We Like

It’s been a while and many new deals have graced our view. AppSumo day is just a few days away, but there’s tons already to appreciate. I’ll briefly talk about some of the new deals I appreciate but have yet to try, and also of a few AppSumo deals I’ve been using for a while now. Let’s take a stroll.

I always try to keep the AppSumo deals page updated with the new deals.

AppSumo Tools we Use

Publer

We use Publer constantly and ever since the AppSumo deal it has become a staple for us. Updates have been consistent and the service has worked very well.

Switchy

We use Switchy all the time for quick links, it’s very easy to use and has a ton of features. It’s still available on AppSumo and it is one of the best tools for quick links, whether it’s inside a website or not. Create, share, track!

SerpWatch

We’ve used Serpwatch to track our Keywords Ranking since it arrived on AppSumo. Some features are still lacking, but V2 has just landed and it promises to revamp the whole thing. As a whole, we’re happy with Serpwatch and we always use it.

Traverse

This is a marketplace deal but I’ve always been fascinated by Spaced Repetition and Learning to learn. Traverse is unique in its way and it allows to create courses both for ourselves and to sell, to study via flashcards that are sent when it’s most important, and gives a boost to our learning. It’s still available, and I’ve been very happy with it so far. The developer is always listening to feedback and has already implemented a few things on request.

ActiveCollab

I believe I’ve tried every single Project Management system on the planet. Some things always irk me away, or some limitations just make it so I can’t use them after a while. ActiveCollab is the one I’m sticking to, after 2 months of use. It’s not perfect, but the UI/UX is the best I’ve seen, it’s just striking, it has most of the minimum required features, and there’s extra to boot. Again, not perfect, but very happy with it.

New Interesting AppSumo Deals

We’ve seen Crello make a comeback. We do use Crello and like it already, we have a Crello Review: take a look, it has improved since, but it was already pretty great. There’s now music, videos are better, it’s quite great.

Funnelll looks great. We’ve used it for a week now; Integrations are there, Goals are very easy to create and the aggregated dashboards are easy to make, while also making it extra detailed. Very happy with it.

Video Hosting is always difficult to have in large quantities without spending too much; Adilo aims to solve that issue. Reviews seem good; we have not tried it yet but it does seem interesting.

EWWW Image Optimizer is one of the premium Image Optimization + CDNs in the WordPress space. That alone means it compares to previous AppSumo deals and WordPress staples like ShortPixel. If you have WordPress websites and don’t have any Image CDN/Optimization, this is great. Even if you do, this might be good to have.

Changing Images and Video dynamically with data you have from a Newsletter subscription, like a name, is enough to make media and emails very personal. It’s not practical to create the same video with hundreds of names, though, but Nexweave solves that, and much more. I have not tried what it can do yet, but it’s definitely on my list. It looks quite interesting and reviews are great. Everything looks solid, so here’s hoping it holds up to use; Just imagine sending a personalized email with someone’s name and perhaps a different message depending on tags and what not.

Concluding with a Conclusion

While AppSumo day is very close, we thought it would be interesting to round some of the really interesting deals currently available. And now, all eyes towards AppSumo day, let’s see what beauties will be available!
